Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

My goal for 2023 is to complete the CISM certificate and become proficient in Cyber Security Management Systems. In particular, I would like to better understand how to determine risk in the context of threats, vulnerabilities as they apply to assets. My future goals include obtaining other related cyber certifications and expanding my portfolio into Cyber Security Management, development and design.

Cyber Security Management Systems

My masters research led me to the path of Cyber Security and its role in self-driving vehicle technology. My passion has always been to work in the Cyber field where I can tie my technical expertise with my desire to collaborate with a team.

Hackerman

I was inspired by the Darknet Diaries podcast back in 2017. This led me on the path to security focused engineering. Since my background is in electrical engineering, I've needed to learn more to be a proper hackerman. Recently, I have been taking classes on tryhackme.com and aim to finish the beginner level courses by April 2021.

I've attended: -justCTF 2021 event with my group. We came 369 out of over 3000 people. -CTFTime hosted by the university of Texas. We came 109 out of over 1000 participants!
